Superior Strength Balanced GFRC complete mix. This is a complete blend of white Portland cement, graded Quartzite sand, Silica Fume and Trinic’s Tec-10 admix blend. The proportions in this mix are designed to provide maximum strength for both compression and flexibility. As with all of our products the GFRC premix is third party tested so you know that you're working with the best materials. 

Each bag contains a desiccant packet to keep the product dry.

DOSAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Trinic GFRC Premix contains all of the components necessary to make high performance GFRC, just add water.

  • Add 8 to 9 lbs of water (3.6 - 4.1 kg) per bucket. You will be casting GFRC with a water to cement ratio of between .26 and .30 with an ultimate strength in excess of 10,000 psi.

  • Add .125 lbs (56.7 g) of Trinic Plasticizer to cast an SCC (3.2%).

  • Each 50 lb bag (22.68 kg) of dry material yields about .42 cubic feet (0.0118931 m3) of finish product.

TEMPERATURE/CURE RATE

  • Trinic GFRC Premix will cure out and be ready to demold the next day.

  • Cover with plastic and heating blankets for best results.

  • Cure with air at 70°F (21°C) minimum to help prevent curling and warping.
