How to use GFRC
New to GFRC? Here's a simple overview of the process from start to finish.

Mix your premix
Add 8–9 lbs (3.6–4.1 kg) of water per 50lb bag. Mix thoroughly until smooth and consistent. Add fibre last.

Cast or spray
Pour SCC mix directly into moulds, or spray hand-pack using a spray gun for face coats and back coats.

Cure overnight
Cover with plastic and heating blankets. Cure at minimum 21°C (70°F). Ready to demould the next day.
4
Seal and finish
Apply Stampshield for outdoor surfaces or H-13 for food-safe indoor benchtops and countertops.
