How delivery works
Our products are heavy. A single pallet of premix can weigh several hundred kilos, and freight costs vary a lot depending on where you are and whether you can take delivery on a pallet.
Rather than build that into our prices, we quote every order individually.
What happens after you order
- You place your order and pay for the product.
- We work out the best freight option for your address, usually within one business day.
- We email you the quote.
- You approve it and pay the freight.
- Your order ships.
If the freight cost doesn't suit you
No problem. Let us know and we'll refund your order in full. You're under no obligation to proceed once you've seen the quote.
What affects the cost
- Your delivery address, and how far it is from a freight depot
- Whether the delivery point is a business or residential address
- Whether you have a forklift or loading dock, or need a tailgate truck
- The total weight of your order
Telling us about access when you order helps us quote accurately the first time.
